Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 4% of the total booking amount.

2. Changes to Reservation: You may make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalties. Any changes requested within 24 hours of the service may be subject to additional charges based on availability and service adjustments.

3. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation or request approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

4. Force Majeure: In extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events that prevent the limo service from being provided, a full refund will be issued, or the service can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Refund Exceptions: Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. In such cases, the booking terms will clearly state if the service is non-refundable.
